I am a Netflix #StreamTeam member which means I get to share my love of Netflix with you all. Although I am compensated, my opinions and thoughts are my own. Duh…Netflix rocks!
We’ve all been there. We want to watch one program on Netflix while a loved one wants to watch something else. What to do?
Convince them or see it their way.
For example, Rogue One is now on Netflix! No, you didn’t read it wrong. It really is. I personally haven’t seen the movie yet and this is something the kids could use on me…
In case you were wondering the “Comedy, drama, and sci-fi all in one. We’re in for a hyperspace ride.” is what my flow chart leads to. However, I’m totally intrigued with the pre-Han Solo but post-Anakin Skywalker side. To be honest, I didn’t really know that about the movie.
I’ve probably been living under a rock.
So did you learn any tips about the art of the Netflix Persuasion from the chart?
I personally used my art of persuasion on the boys with a certain female superhero. At first, they didn’t want to watch a show without the heroes they already know and love. So I talked about who the character was, who their friends were, and why they should give her a chance.
Well, mama won and they loved the movie.
If that doesn’t work for you find a similar show as a compromise. There are so many wonderful and addictive shows that you don’t want to miss.
Need ideas of shows to binge? This Marvel’s The Defenders flow chart leads you to all the Netflix Marvel Universe shows along with some unexpected binge sessions. I just got done binge watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S. (aka the best show ever) so I guess that means OITNB or Narcos is next.
13 Reasons Why is a show I want to binge again. It just shook me. Iron Fist is not the same, but is in the same vein of being a coming-of-age tale. I’m in. Actually, I’m in for all of the Marvel shows.
So what are you binging on?
