May has finally arrived which means summer is right around the corner. It is time to get that summer body ready!
I started with a perfect breakfast to start the day with. I saw this recipe in “Clean Eating” magazine a while ago and decided to give it a go. It is fast, simple, and healthy! Best of all? It’s delicious!
Combine 2 Tablespoon water, 1-2 teaspoon honey (depending on size of apple), 1/8-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 apple, sliced.
Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave for an additional minute. Top with Greek yogurt and you’re done!
If you wanted to use this in a yogurt parfait it would be delicious too!
